Reading in the Kita Sonnenberg
Reading of „RAFU – An African Story“ on the 08/21/2020 in the pre-school group of the Kita Sonnenberg in Wiesbaden.
It was great joy for the children and their kindergarten teachers to experience Rafu´s story together with me. The two groups have prepared so many beautiful and fantastic things – I was really surprised and very excited about it!
The kids have understood the book so well – their comments and questions showed, how deep thoughts they all had given the story around the lovely giraffe Rafu and the mean crocodile Gutsor. And of course they all loved the little crocodile Dada and understood her pain about not being able to swim.
I also had to show some illustration videos of my daughter Paulina and I even revealed some insights into the second Rafu book, that will be coming out shortly: „RAFU and REMO – A new friendship”.
As a result I was instantly invited by the children for the next reading and I am so happy about that, as I LOVE readings!
